Over 25 years of experience in real estate taxation research and redemption in Cook County.  Alex performs tax searches, specialized or standard, to determine the 20-year tax history on the property.  His tax searches are guaranteed and cover pending tax sales, determining open item tax delinquencies, obtaining estimates of redemption, certified tax sale records, analyzing the county clerk’s judgment and sale books and the treasurer’s warrant books.

Since 2010, Alex has contributed to the firm’s efficiency through maintaining the attorney’s schedules, file tracking, and overseeing the firm’s security software.  Alex utilizes his associate degree in accounting to assist the firm management of account receivables.
